|Recommended: YesThe Apartments Are Ok To Live In — For me being 72 years old, my neighbors are very friendly. I sit in my patio window and they wave. They are quick to check on me when they do not see me.

|Recommended: YesIt’s A Pretty Good Community To Live In. The Only Issue Is How Long It Takes For A Repair Order To Get Fixed. — I enjoy living here, especially in the section I live in. It’s quiet, my neighbors are considerate and respectful and they do a good job at keeping the property clean.

Every need I requested regarding my apartment or questions or concerns, every need was met.thank you again erykah for being so wonderful . Recently, there has been a staff change and of course my experience has changed. Janay Queen is such an awesome person She has been there to assist me every time that I reached out to her. |Recommended: YesGood And Bad — OK SO while I was writing this review the rental office called.... now I'm mad...I referred a person in October during a referral promo they said I didn't get the bonus because the person didn't pay their rent on time WHAT I DID MY PART SO WHY WOULDNT I GET THE BONUS REALLY NOT TO MENTION ITS FEB WHY HASNT ANYONE CALLED ME I hate is parking... its a long walk to get to my building. I tried to request another building but it wasn't available. I have experience young guys smoking Marijuana in the hallway on several occasions which make it uncomfortable coming in and out with my children. I can hear my neighbors talking, taking a shower, ect so the walls are very thin. I have been asking for some things to get fixed since July and they finally started working on those this month feb ... Now on the flip side of things the staff is excellent. Also the accountant was very attentive to some financial problems I was having and we work out a catch up plan
