|Recommended: YesNice But Needs Professional Maintenance — its a nice space but they could do more to make the appearance inside the apartment more appealing to new eyes. the maintenance who are supposed to renew each unit after a tenant moves out needs to care more about doing their job. old closet doors that are off track, discolored and hard to open close should be replaced for new tenants as should old refrigerators with bugs and old burned used stoves or someone else’s kids drawings on your new apartment kitchen cabinets.

Jay is the absolute best He helped with my move in and I absolutely love my apartment. Whenever I have an issue I can call the leasing office and he or khadijah are the first ones to answer and help with my request. I will and have recommend this property to everyone I know.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Well Kept. — The property manager Erica and the leasing consultant Tierria is incredibly great. They are on they job and very helpful when you call and need answers or something looked into. They are the only two I would speak to in regards to my issues. In overall I haven't had any major issues they did not fix or treat as an urgent matter. I would recommend.

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — I am currently in the process of searching for a new apartment and was referred here by a friend of mine. When I came in I was greeted by one of the leasing staff name Mr. Jay with a welcoming approach. He was very hands on and was able to answer the questions I needed answers to. He directed me in the right direction and provided me with enough information to take away with. Parking for perspective residents was also perfect with it being directly in front of the leasing office. Thank you

|Recommended: YesI Plan On Renewing My Lease When It's Time. — It's quiet, parking is decent, the staff is polite and helpful. Arrangements for late rent payments are reasonable. The only issue I have is when evictions are done it take more than a week for the debris to be picked up from in front of the building.
