|Recommended: YesUnnecessary Noise — There is just super loud walking, it sounds like stomping and jumping to me. Maybe they don’t realize there’s someone living in 6531 apt 102. It happens every morning all through the day until night time.

|Recommended: NoGood Bad — There is a abandoned school which has become a breeding ground for trash being dumped at any givin time you will see rats or mice in the field which is right beside my building it causes us to have uninvited guest in our home. The buildings go DAYS Weeks uncleaned there used to be a porter I haven't seen him in months and even when they are poorly swept its never clean always smells like a dirty mop with fabuloso. I love my unit but wish the building an property were taken care of better its not a good look

|Recommended: YesPests Control — Parking seems to have the best luck , i always find a spot close to my building. However , it all depends what time i get home from work. Secondly the grounds are clean , sometimes dirt tracking from people driving their cars on property leaving dirt trail marks. The maintenance staff are super quick and can get in and out with what needs to be fixed , they're super fast and do the job correctly. The noise is decent , sometimes i can hear my neighbor through my walls , so maybe they should require thicker walls. I unfortunately, am not a favor of the flooring in the kitchen and there need to be better sealed cracks to insure there will be no roaches nor mice in the unit, or paint, linen closet doors. I believe that the unit needs to be exterminated properly to ensure the safeness and a clean space for the tenant

|Recommended: NoBad Management — When I first moved in my tub was stomp up for like 2 months before they finally came out and fixed it , had an old tooth brush down my sink drain , bathroom ceiling fell down all within 4 months of living here , and the moce is even more ridiculous, started getting roaches outta nowhere , took them 2 months to fix the mold in my kitchen cabinet it’s still bad and in my bathroom .
