|Recommended: NoAs soon as my lease is up i will be moving. I would rather move back to SE where had none of the problems i have here. Maintenance is trash when they finally come to fix something its half fixed the roaches are ridiculous the amount of animal feces that's outside is outrageous nobody cleans up after their pets there is always someone smoking weed in my building that don't live there definitely cant have any visitors it 24 hour towing and the tow ppl only tow who they want not who needs to be just my overall experience has been the worse ever don't not recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesStart To Finish — Waking into the leasing office I was immediately greeted by staff. The vibe of the office was very welcoming. Now the tunes in the office I approve. So now the application process was extremely easy. The young lady I had assist me was Ms.Watts. She was extremely patient, kinda and overall a kinda individual. I believe Ms.Watts will hold your hand and walk you through the process if needed. That should tell you a lot about how easy she has made this for me. Thanks again for everything

|Recommended: YesI’ve been here a little over a month now. So far pretty good. NO mice, I’ve seen a roach here or there, but it’s manageable. Maintenance responds and comes on time. Rental office staff are pretty nice and they work with you. My only concern is parking, sometimes it seems overcrowded. But other than that, I would recommend.

|Recommended: NoThe way things are done in the office is unethical as far as rent, don't pay the rent on the first you will get the 5 slapped the same day and a court order in your account the same day. The consistent mouse in the apartments. Appliance are broken ceiling is old and been repaired correctly and the rental office some are them are rude and no manners by far they don't keep up with your rental agreements. This is not a place you want to live and they rush you to sign a lease agreement 60 days in advance before your renewal date. I will be reaching out to a landlord and tenant attorney for this scrutiny.

|Recommended: YesYou Get What You Pay For — so far my experience hasn’t been too bad. maintenance is responsive, the leasing staff members are welcoming and assist in a timely fashion. sometimes the trash cans are overcrowded and there’s trash scattered throughout when walking through the neighborhood but other than that it’s relatively quiet and manageable.
