|Recommended: YesNice Place And Location — Area and the apartments is amazen but the the residence make it an ugly place and it don’t help when you can hear everything because the walls is so thin. There is a couple of things I didn’t like when I first moved in but it’s a new place to stay and the location is wonderful.

|Recommended: NoCould Be Better — Leasing office “professional” lost documents upon move in. Apartment was not up to par during move in, carpet was not replaced, and paint job was terrible, also the tub was not sealed. Rush job on fixes if you ask me.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident Since Dec. 2020 — Courtney was my leasing consultant she did amazing. She knew I wanted a two bedroom but the model was a one the way she explained it and demonstrated things help me see the difference. Courtney also stay in full contact with me during my process of applying to contacting me after move in to make sure I was settled in properly. Her patience is outstanding I think before I moved in I probably contacted her 10 times with different questions regarding the property and each time she answered the questions. When I moved into my apartment some of the things was not completed as they should have been. Even though it was not her fault she was very apologetic. Courtney made sure I was accommodated and was easy to converse with about the issues I had with the apartment. I probably wouldn’t have moved into this apartment if my leasing consultant wasn’t so amazing. Above and beyond she be her name honestly. I would recommend any new resident to come speak with her. Thanks Courtney.

She was very efficient and attentive, I explained what my needs in an apartment home and she assisted every step of the way. She was very transparent when addressing my concerns. I appreciate her professionalism and I am satisfied with my new apartment.
